Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of miamichaels.co.uk (“the site”), which is run by Mia Michaels (“Mia”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
The site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to find out about Mia and her books. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping it in a way that disrupts the service.
Copyright and content
The text, book cover, images and design of the site are owned by or licensed to Mia Michaels and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and share links to it. You may quote short extracts for review or comment, with credit to Mia Michaels. Any other copying or reuse needs written permission; please email [email protected].
Buying the book
The book is sold by Amazon, not by this site. When you follow a “Buy on Amazon” link, your purchase is a contract between you and Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s terms. Prices, formats, availability and delivery are set by Amazon and may change.
Accuracy and availability
Care is taken to keep the information on the site accurate, but it is provided “as is” without any guarantee that it is complete or up to date. The site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites run by others, such as Amazon. Those sites are not under Mia’s control and she is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, Mia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. The site is free to use and is for personal use only, so no liability is accepted for any business loss.
Privacy
How personal information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
